Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of dynamics.sa (the "directory"), operated by Wathib For Communications and Information Technology Company (Unified National Number 7032179660) of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"). By using the directory you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

1. What the directory is

Dynamics is an informational business directory. It publishes records describing organisations in Saudi Arabia — their activity, city, ways to reach them and their location on a map — in Arabic and English.

What a listing is not, and never has been:

It is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a rating by us.
It is not an accreditation, a licence or a permit, and it says nothing about whether the organisation holds one.
It does not create a commercial relationship between us and the organisation listed, and a free listing least of all.
It is not professional advice of any kind. Verify anything you intend to rely on with the organisation itself and with the competent authority.

2. Using the directory

You may browse, search and link to the directory freely, and use individual listings for your own reference or ordinary business purposes.

You may not:

extract the directory in bulk — scraping, crawling beyond what our robots.txt allows, automated querying, or copying a substantial part of the records, structure or taxonomy, whether in one go or systematically over time;
republish a substantial part of the directory, or use it to build or enrich a competing directory, dataset or product;
harvest contact details for unsolicited marketing — the phone numbers, emails and addresses here are published so people can reach these organisations, not so they can be added to a mailing list or a call sheet;
work around our technical controls, including rate limits, the Turnstile check on our forms, or any access restriction;
submit anything false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes anyone's rights;
impersonate an organisation or a person, or claim a listing you have no standing to claim;
interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to gain access to any part of our systems you are not authorised to reach.

If you want directory data at scale, ask us — that is a service we offer, described on the services page. Taking it without asking is a breach of these terms regardless of how it is done.

3. Submitting a listing or a correction

Nothing goes live automatically. Every submission is read by a person before publication, and we may accept it, edit it, translate it, re-categorise it, ask you for more, or decline it. We are under no obligation to publish anything, and declining does not require a reason.

What you confirm when you submit. That you are authorised to share what you send; that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge; that publishing it infringes nobody's rights; and that any logo, photograph or video you attach is yours to give us.

The licence you give us. A non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, publish, translate, adapt for layout, and display what you submit in the directory and in material promoting it, for as long as the listing is published. You keep ownership of everything you send.

Your listing stays yours to correct. Send changes through the report form and we will act on them.

4. Records compiled from public sources

Many records were compiled from information already published openly, rather than submitted to us. Our copyright and sourcing policy sets out exactly which sources, and each listing states its own origin.

If a record describes you or your organisation, you may ask us to correct or remove it at any time through the report form, and we will act on a good-faith request rather than argue with it. Where a record contains personal data, your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law apply in full — see the privacy policy.

5. Verification

Where a listing carries a verification mark, it means our team confirmed the organisation's name, its activity and a working way to get in touch, on the date shown. It is not a judgement about service quality, financial standing, legal compliance or anything else, and it is not a guarantee that the details have not changed since.

6. Accuracy and availability

We take care over this directory, and we still make no warranty that any detail is accurate, complete or current. Businesses move, change numbers and close, and public sources go stale. If you find something wrong, tell us — it is the fastest route to it being fixed.

The directory is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including individual listings and whole features, at any time.

7. Commercial services and advertising

We offer paid services alongside the free directory — listing enhancement, advertising placements, bilingual profile production and data work — described on the services and advertise with us pages.

Those pages are an invitation to enquire, not an offer. Prices are quoted for each engagement. No order is binding on us until we accept it in writing.
Each engagement is governed by the written quotation, order form or agreement for it. Where those terms conflict with these, the signed document prevails for that engagement.
We may refuse or withdraw any advertising at our discretion, including anything unlawful, misleading, or incompatible with the directory's purpose.
Paid placement buys prominence, never facts. Payment does not change what a listing says, does not remove a correction, and does not protect a listing from removal where removal is warranted. Commercial placements are identifiable as such.
All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and payment terms are those set out in the relevant document.

8. Intellectual property

The directory as a whole — its structure, its activity taxonomy, the editorial text we write, the bilingual names and descriptions we prepare, the software and the design — belongs to us and is protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you.

Names, logos and trademarks appearing in listings belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the organisation they refer to. Their presence implies no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.

9. Third-party content and links

Listings may show content that originated elsewhere — ratings, reviews and photographs from public sources, attributed to their origin. That content was not written for us, has not been edited by us, and does not represent our view. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for them.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from your use of the directory or from reliance on anything published in it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submitted to us.

11. Suspension

We may restrict or block access where these terms are breached — in particular where the directory is being extracted in bulk or its contact details harvested — without notice and without affecting any other remedy available to us.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force, and continuing to use the directory after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be announced on the site.

13. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from use of the directory, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction.

These terms are published in Arabic and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.
